U.A.E delivery costs AED25.

For International orders shipping cost will be calculated upon Checkout.

LOCAL PICK UP: Free

Depending on the value of your order, your parcel may or may not be charged customs or import duties. If your parcel is charged, it is up to the person receiving the parcel to cover these costs. Unfortunately, these charges are out of our hands, and vary widely from country to country, so we are unable to predict what your particular charges may be. For more accurate information, we’d suggest getting in touch with your local customs office so you’re not surprised if there are any unexpected delivery charges at your end.

You will receive an email with tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

For U.A.E orders you can track your shipment at www.ezajel.ae

For international shipments we use multiple couriers. Depending on which courier company we use for your shipment, we will inform you upon processing your order so you can track your shipment accordingly. (example: dhl, fedex, aramex)

DELIVERY POLICY

Domestic Orders:

Handling time is 2 working days and orders are shipped via Zajel Courier Company.

International Orders: 

Handling time is 3 working days  and orders are shipped via one of major delivery services.

Domestic Orders:

All orders of Aed250 and below are applicable for delivery fee which is Aed25.

All orders above Aed250 avail Free Shipping.

International Orders:

All orders of Aed500 and below are applicable for delivery fee which will be calculated upon checkout.

All Orders above Aed500 avail Free Shipping.

Delivery amount depends on shipping location, dimensions and weight of your order.

Deliveries are available both within UAE & Internationally.

Deliveries in UAE will be done within 2-3 working days and international deliveries normally up to 7-8 working days.

RETURNS

We do not accept returns for refund, but we do offer exchange in accordance with our exchange policy. We simply ask when you receive your product you try it on OVER undergarments or a vest. We are unable to accept worn items for hygienic reasons. Items worn for more then 5-10 min are considered worn and cannot be returned.

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Please refer to the Return Policy for further information.

Upon removing your product from the packaging for the first time, a strong latex odour maybe apparent. The latex panels may also come with a white or powdery film on it, as well as glossy or oily patched, however these are not the sign of item being used, dirty or defected. These products arrive like these from the factory, in order to help protect the latex. After the first wash these stains will disappear.

RETURN POLICY

To maintain quality standards of our product, ALL returns undergo vigorous testing and inspection. All items returned must:

  • Be returned in its original packaging, complete, containing all its parts and accesorries (e.g. internal brand label, hook & eye fasteners, straps, boning etc.)
  • Both the original packaging and the product must be in perfect condition.
  • No stretchmarks or permanent wrinkles on items.
  • Be unused, unworn and unwashed with no marks, stains or sign of wear including evidence of make up, fake tan, perfume, tobacco smoke or laundry detergent.
  • The customer’s original proof of purchase must be included (Invoice)

Good returned which do not conform to the above requirements will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer.

We will process your exchange within 24h from receiving it and will email you to advise that it has been re-sent out.

For reasons of hygiene the following items are not returnable:

  • Gels & Creams
  • Compression items with the crotch area, i.e. Bum Lifters, Body Shapers etc.
  • Sale items

For customers within U.A.E exchange delivery charges are AED25. If you need to exchange your item, please contact us so we can arrange item exchange via courier company.

For customers outside of U.A.E. following steps apply:
1. You need to ship back the originaly purchased item
2. When we have received the item, we will examine it in accordance with our EXCHANGE POLICY
3. Once the item has been examined and it is eligible for exchange, new invoice will be sent to you (depending on which item you want to exchange it for, plus new delivery fee)
4. Once the payment has been done, we will process and ship the exchange item/items within 24 hours
